$100/hr
After reviewing your inquiry, we will send you a link to book. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. Rest of payment must be paid upon arrival, day of the event.

Capacity is 50 people max. This includes event staff and guests.

We are open for events/workshops everyday from 9AM to 12AM. All guests must be cleared out (including the parking lot) by 12AM the very latest.
Be on time! Event starts at the time you booked. Every booking gets 1hr before for set up and 30mins after for clean up. All guest must be out of the building during set up and clean up.

No smoking. No confetti. You break it, you pay for it. Decorations must be taken down. Trash must be taken out (please leave in hallway and we will take it to the dumpster). Fold up any tables & chairs. Return room to how you found it.
